I had some doubts regarding this copy. Because I hadn't heard about Sanage Publishers before. But I received the book in a good condition and the cover is smooth and pretty. Jane Austen happens to be one of my favourite authors. And yes - I have read all her published works.

And I read this after Persuasion and Pride & Prejudice, which I loved way more than Mansfield Park, Sense & Sensibility or Emma. But Northanger Abbey seems to outshine all of them, at least for me. A simple story of a young girl and a gentleman falling in love. The characters were just so lovable. Though my personal favourite still happens to be Anne Elliot. No offence Catherine!

About the book: This was Jane Austen's first novel. If you like Jane Austen's writing, you'll enjoy this book. As it was her first novel, some of the ideas in the book as left on loose ends, but nevertheless the book is brilliant. It is a typical Austen.

About the copy: This Wordsworth Classic print is very good. Great print, good page colour, and just right for the eyes.

I ordered this book specifically to match the peach box combo set of 5 books by Jane Austen ( you can find it on Flipkart) The book is good, a little small in size. Page quality is okay at this price. But I won't really recommend it to beginners. Classic books and Jane Austen are all cool but the language is so damn ancient and difficult to understand. Didn't even complete reading of 1 them ( started off with Northanger Abbey ) Wish I could return it. But it's past the return date :(
