She has studied 2 levels of Reiki with 2 different masters, a Neuro Linguistic Master, NFNLP USA, Silva healer, Angel therapist, Tarot Card reader and teaches EFT Therapies. She has been meditating since over 9 years using techniques taught by Osho, Jiddu Krishnamurthy, Thich Nhat Hanh, The Mother, Swami Anubhavanand and many more and have practiced all the therapies and solutions mentioned in the book and gained personal results. She has conducted Stress workshops for children and faculty at Symbiosis college in her city, Pune. She has also worked with drug addicts, alcoholics, depressed and suicidal patients. She has worked as a meditation facilitator at a local de addiction centre.
