Dr Manjusha Deshmukh is Professor and Principal, in Saraswati College of Engineering, University of Mumbai, and Mumbai. She has more than 23 years of active teaching, administration and research experience. Her doctoral specialization is in Image Processing. She has published a lot of research articles related to image processing in leading national and international journals and conferences. She is resourceful education professional with proven ability to create and monitor policies and practices that promote a safe learning environment; ensure and encourages continuous improvements for students and teachers.; develop an environment that encourages open communication with colleagues, students and the community and mentor educators in the creation and implementation of class instruction, lesson plans, and student assessment in conjunction with state learning regulations. Received many awards for teaching, administration, research and social involvement.
