They don't offer single bud replacement.
Great noise cancellation, sound quality and user experience. Poor consistency with connecting with devices and switches between ANC and Transparency mode quite frequently by itself. Significantly prone to accidental touches.

Decent product
Definitely not worth 8 k.It would have been a better deal for 5000 . There are issues like buggy software , the charge shown in the phone is inaccurate and the device tends to switch mods sometime. Sound quality is just average . Looks good. Not worth paying more than 5k.

After every 5-6 min the sound breaks for a couple of seconds and at times the sound amplifies for a few seconds

Sound quality 4/5 - sound quality at this range is pretty good, for proper bass use in enhanced bass mode in app
Connectivity and call related issues - I don't know if others are facing this issue , sometimes one bud randomly disconnects from Bluetooth connection, with 90% charge
Music skip issues wherein for a second or two the buds are blank
Comfort 4/5 very light weight ,and fit is comfortable , if you plan for heavy usage like watching videos / stu...

Just okay
These are the average pair of Bluetooth Headset. Definitely it have so many features but it lags in its basic operations. Every time while listing to the songs it stops working. It gets disconnected with the device very frequently and it also don’t support multiple connection feature.
All these things makes your experience very bad.

behaves like a beta product
The noise cancelling is quite nice, and the audio quality is decent. The fit for me personally is poor and they get uncomfortable quickly. The biggest miss is the software: it is plain bad, random disconnects and then reconnects are a recurring thing. I once also had an issue where left side ear bud would refuse to connect; It is wildly inconsistent.
