Expected a better product
These buds used to be good when I bought them about six months back, but they have gotten progressively buggier every month since then.
They frequently disconnect for no reason, the ANC stops working on one of the buds, the transparency mode doesn't even activate on one bud. Battery life on ANC is also significantly lower than what is advertised. I'm barely seeing 1.5 hours of ANC battery life.

Waste of money!
Degrading to 1star. Been using these for almost 6months. Very disappointed with sound output. Very low power. have to run at 100% vol all the time still not good enough. Tried to reset and repair..which helped but now it's back to low output. Not expected at this price range. Spotify or any other music app doesn't auto launch on double tap No volume slider animation on phone while sliding volume gesture. So don't know how much the volume is adjusted

Worst experience ever!
The adhesive from the earbud stick came off in just 5 months and somehow it is considered physical damage on my side, so I have to pay for the earbuds to get a replacement.
It should be the manufacturer's responsibility to ensure that atleast the product stays physically till withing the warranty period.
Also faced other issues with these earbuds. They randomly disconnect frequently from devices. One of the ears doesn't get detected and I have to put the earphones back in the case and reset ...
