Nourcery Gochugaru Powder (125 g)

The Korean gochugaru powder is prepared by sundrying the pepper naturally, followed by cleansing and grounding them in clean facility. The vibrant redness and richness of spice gives it a name BIDAN referring to silkiness of grounded pepper. The original taste and spiciness of the grounded pepper is preserved. The Korean Gochugaru powder is utilised in the preparation of gochujang, kimchi, stew dishes with better colour & smooth texture. Kimchi especially demands a fine balance of fine powder and flakes to balance the colour, texture and taste.
