The product is good and especially for those who are lactose intolerant. I consume different types of protein but normally whey gives me a hard time as i suffer bloating and indigestion after consuming whey. That's why i tried this one and it's good to say that the results are as good as whey. Good product. Easily mixes in water only by shaking (unlike many soy protein powders which form lumps). Cafe Mocha taste is unique. VFM for 899. Wish they sold 5kg refill
