I have used the product for a week and it has performed very well till date.
It can toast and grill and does not take long; being non stick, it is very easy to clean.
The chord length for some may be little short.

If possible look for alternative products. Firstly the electric wire provided is smaller than a rat's tail. Secondly, it takes a lot of time to grill. If you are in a hurry, this item might cost you your job.

Been a while since we purchased the product and was trying out different sandwiches to check if the product worked fine.
No complaints so far the nova product is working beyond expectations. Easy to use and easy to clean as well.

4) the top plate gets a little hot on continuous usage. (I used for about 15 minutes. i toasted 3 pairs of loaves with butter in between, no filling)
