Awesome product. I have been using it for past one year and no problem so far. Grills nicely.

We get good, yummy, tasty sandwitches within very less period of time. The customer who is in the process of buying sandwith maker should at least see this product.

Initially it disappointed later we modified the closure. Prepares good toast and sandwiches.
Cleaning also easy. 6 sandwiches can be make at once.

Everything is good about this grill except the heat regulator which is flimsy and I get a feeling it may come off anytime. When you have such sturdy grill why can't you invest little more to have a good regulator.
