    its cola flavour is on sweeter side... but good.. i regularly use it 30 min before my work out. previously i am using muscle blaze crea pro.. but its on the expensive side.

    The product is good. I up-ed my PR every 2 weeks. Drink 3-4 litres of water and you're good to go.
