Wonderful
I used to take apple cider vinegar in liquid form but that was bitter in taste. These capsules have same consistency but so easy to consume and even doesn't taste bitter. Very handy and easy to consume. Really liked it.

Highly recommended
I have heard that Apple Cider is really helpful and great for your skin and hair.
