Just okay
the product is in a very fine powder form, so much fine that even if you put a spoonful in the glass the powder starts floating in the air. the second problem is it is not easily soluble in milk. if you are like me hard pressed on time always you will find it very irritating and time consuming. Lastly, I did not experience any weight gain as claimed by the product manufacturer. Taste is okay, try it at your own risk.
