have been using it for a year, works just fine. always remember to break the dosage after 3-4 weeks for atleast for a week to shed off the growing tolerance. works fine. Helps me with studies, in keeping concentration and staying up till late.

Perfect product!

Q:weather i have to remain empty stomach after taking the capsule...?
A:yes. take when in empty stomach, preferably in the morning and throw in resistance training/ cardio. Remain empty stomach for atleast ½ hr to max, water, black coffee are exception. Then you can eat.

A:Best time to take Yohimbine is in morning just after waking up. Yohimbine HCL should be taken empty stomach. Generally avoid yohimbine in evening as it can impact your sleep.
