Worth every penny
It does work on fat loss and improve your focus while workout regime , i would prefer to go for 2.5 mg . And dont consume as pre workout heart will beat heavily

Classy product
I have been using it for 2 weeks now. It increases heart beat and gives good boost. I m using 5mg only. Its not for beginners. It will increase ur heartbeat abruptly . Do not go for 10 mg. One day i did and it was very uncomfortable and very difficult. Those who have been used to hiit then only try it. Start with 2.5 mg first . If you can tolerate it then go for 5.
