NYX Pump It up Lip Plumper  (Jessica)

I bought the scarlett lip plumper because of the bright red colour. but it just had a tinge of red. When applied, it gives a stinging/tingling feeling and lips feel plumper after a minute or so. Though, it does not give bee-stung lips, it plumps lips a bit. it looks great as a lip gloss. Its a great product for natural make up look. It would look good on a matte lipstick. it works two-in-one as a lip gloss and plumper.

i bought this product yesterday.it only works as a lip balm n we do feel a tingling sensation after applying it but it does not plump up lips at all.very disappointed :( n it was expensive too.if you are looking for a lip plumper than definitely this one is not a good choice.
a also at this price many effective lip balms are flooded in the market.
