Beware of Hidden costs

Guys beware of hidden costs in OGeneral AC's , the connecting pipe is not included in this price, you cannot install it without this pipe, so for my home 13ft was required and I was charged Rs 3250 + Installation charges of Rs 1500.

When contacted Flipkart, they told me the brand does not give the kit included, but nowhere did they or the seller mention this on his website. Right now as the installation person came he told me the connecting copper pipe is not included in this price.
