    With the Oakter Basic Smart Home Kit, you can automate and control your home and office appliances right from your smartphone. Thanks to the Oakter app and multiple connectivity options, this is a breeze. And, what's more? You can even get notifications right on your phone.
    Compatibility

    With the Oakter app, you can control home appliances with an Android or iOS device, or even with Voice Assistants, such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

    Connectivity

    With two connectivity options - WiFi and GSM (via a 2G/3G SIM) - you can seamlessly control your home and office devices. Also, it gives you air firmware updates.

    Notifications

    You can receive notifications when a device gets turned on/off and when the power supply is cut/resumed. You can set daily or one-time schedules for your devices. You can even name and set images for different devices at your office/home.

    One Hub One Home

    For a typical 3 BHK or a duplex home, you will just need one hub. Also, you can merge multiple hubs into a single mobile app to control different devices (up to 50 devices) at multiple locations.

    16 Amp Smart Box

    It supports up to 3.6 KW at 230 V and is configured to fit standard Indian large wall sockets. It operates in the voltage range of 110 V to 290 V, and is built to withstand power surges. It features highly conductive copper and aluminium contacts. The device features a fire-resistant enclosure made of ABS-PC.

    6 Amp Smart Box

    It smartens your low-powered plugged-in home appliances (up to 2 KW), and is configured to fit standard Indian low power wall sockets. It safely operates in the voltage range of 110 V to 290 V. It also features highly conductive brass contacts (less than 2 HP). The device features a fire-resistant enclosure made of ABS-PC.

    Classy product

    The Oakter smart home kit has made the Alexa at our home more practical now. The set up is simple for people who are familiar with tech , but I hope it can be made simpler for the folks who don’t know how to even connect to Internet .
    Just give a voice command and it starts your devices post configuration. Other then that you can switch it on remotely as long as the Wi-Fi at home is working , which is something I have tried as well.

    Unsatisfactory

    There is no warranty for the one I received, beware!! one of plug gone in 2months...boom!!! Not sure if its low quality one I received, I bought other brand later and it's working smooth and without need of hub unlike oakter.
