I recently bought this wonderful book thru flipkart to get myself prepared for SET 2012. I believe strongly that the people who set the questions had used this book very much. Even without changing an article or a word, they have used the same questions I can find in this book! Those who really have the burning desire to get through NET/SET/JRF please buy this and make best use of it!

Good Book ..Ideal book for learners’, if you have enough knowledge to directly attempt questions. Very little theory only. Great printing..feels good for eyes.

I feel the book is worth its price. I've gone through many such books but this was quite different with better content systematically set for students. It reflects the command, expertise as well as experience of the authors with reference to the subject.

In I'd like say to the author thanks for this brilliant book and flipkart for providing it to me so quickly. This book has such immense knowledge that it'd increase my level of learning in "Indian English Literature". But I'd like to suggest to the author to improve it with translations of other books of Indian languages to English.

This book is contains a fairly large amount of advanced Eng. Lit. objective questions. If you are preparing for NET this is a good buy. One must have a thorough basis of Lit. history to answer the questions though. (Edward Albert will be a good start)

this is a great book and even through flipkart i got it so easily.. i was searching for this...thanks ...its helpful....a good book which is well written and well complied ...having an accurate information.....easy to use.. and moreover this book has many possible questions with given answers... great!!!!!

Excellent book. Well written and well compiled. What I liked is that each author's details have been put together as one piece for us. We need not waste time wondering if the work belongs to which author or turn the book for the answers. Also after this detailed information or every author, there are notes on literary terms, so on and so forth. It is one of the best English Literature Entrance Guides I have come across.

It contains appx 5100 MCQs , most of them are work base and rest are author based. Definitely this book is not enough for any exam still a must have.

We can't trust answers of this book..
