It is a good product to buy, it comes in handy to shred off lot of sensitive data without having to tearing off the documents.The delivery of the product was on time, I did have an issue with the product not working when i received it, but the replacement was quick and the product is working fine now.

Bought this a few months back & have been using it irregularly.
The shredder works just fine although does get stuck once in a while (especially when paper is fed non-stop).
Generally, running it in reverse solves the paper jam (gently pushing the stuck paper mess with a visiting card or an unused credit card would help).
Overall a good product so far.
