Shahi Chana Recipe: Soak 240 gm of kabuli chana overnight and boil. Heat 5 tbsp. of ghee/oil in a pan and fry 1 tsp. of jeera. Add 2 tbsp. of onion paste and fry till golden brown. Add 1 tbsp. of ginger garlic paste and fry well. Add 3 tbsp. of chopped tomatoes, 4tsp. of Okhli Musal Brand Chana Masala, and cook till masala leaves the ghee/oil. Add boiled kabuli chana and simmer for 15-20 min. Add 60 gm paneer cubes and 20 gm halved and roasted cashew nuts and cook for 5 min. Before serving sprinkle okhli musal brand fry fruit chaat masala. serve hot, garnished with julienne of ginger and coriander leaves.
