Good camera

Very good camera. gives out great photos. very sleek and the retro-ish look is great. I wanted to buy a mirror-less camera, and this is one good one delivered by WS retail.

As mentioned in the other comment the carry bag provided with the camera is useless as the camera does not fit in properly. So that is a waste.

I also considered NEX-5TL available in flipkart as the prices have come down now. Couldn't find a reliable seller. So didn't buy it.

Also considered Panasonic GX1 (not available...

Very Good value For Money

This is a very good camera for the given price. I Would recommend it for those stepping up from the point and shoot to an interchangeable lens camera as well as for any mid level amateur photographers.

The manual mode provides near total customization, for those inclined to play with pics. and the auto mode is quite good for the beginners who don't want to.

I don't really find any cons to the camera but would take the opportunity to say that the LCD screen could have been a little better, ...

Great camera

Anyone who knows about mirrorless cameras knows how good Olympus is in this segment.
This a is the PEN series of the micro 4/3 system cameras. m4/3 sensors are bigger then 1 inch but smaller than APS-c sensors.
Any number of review online will suggest you to buy this camera. it compact, gives amazing image quality and auto focus is damn fast.

Small things matter

While the camera is quite brilliant, I don't know why some small details are missed. Why is an LCD screen protector and a UV filter not included in the package? It's just basic protection ANYONE should have for a 35,000 rupees camera. Also, the carrying case provided in the package is pathetic! It's some random Olympus case, and it's just too tight for the lens combo. So much so, my screen protector came off on the 2nd day of use.

Guys stop fooling yourselves. This is an obsolete camera... Manufacture stopped please check. Current model E pl3. Price is double US market price when available.
