There are several pro and cons in various web like small sensor, noise at high ISO, but it is the thing is that you are getting a nice rugged compact camera which can take decent photos.

The menu and controls are easy to use, more manual control including flash power adjustment (full to 1/64th), solid build quality, nice rubber grip, wide aperture range from f/1.8 to f/2.7 with 26 to 130mm coverage (FF range)...awesome in this price point.
