I recommend this product for home users. It is giving accurate results. I tested it 2 times but its produced same readings.Its very easy to operate and handle. Follow simple steps in the manual.
If you want then can buy ac adapter separately. Because AC Adapter is not included in the box.
Buy adapter of the same brand because others are not compatible with it.

This was my first ever order from Flipkart. To my surprise product delivered next day whereas as it was showing delivery on 3rd day. That was GREAT!!!. Product was packaged well to avoid any damage and received in good condition. Items in the package were main device, handcuff, 4 AA batteries, warranty card and manual. I doubted the accuracy of the device then noticed in USA and other all good hospitals Omron is used and at least it is not a cheap plastic toy. For accuracy I would say take 3 or 4 consequtive test, and take its average for best reading. Do not disturb your hand/arm cuff where sensors are present, while at test. If done only single test, one can expect accuracy of +/- 5-7mm hg. Still amazing product for the elder, should be used regularly to monitor to ass...

Quick and easy to use
It is a good BP monitor for home purpose. It provides approximate readings as per oscillometric method. Since many oscillometric devices have not been validated, caution must be given as most are not suitable in clinical and acute care settings but is good for home purpose.
HEM-7120 comes with Cuff size, M (22-32cm). Please note it is essential that the cuff size is correct: undersized cuffs may yield too high a pressure; oversized cuffs yield too low a pressure

A:Though I use AA type battery but this model shows every time different reading and not very much satisfactory or correct even not near to the actual. I stop using this instrument for checking bp.
