A very good quality product from Omron.
You should definitely go for it as it has quite good accuracy.
It supports all arm sizes coz of its wide cuff range which the other monitors do not support.
You should also buy a adapter with it if you are going to use it very frequently.

HEM-7130-L is just the right product I was looking for. It has the right sized cuff for arm circumferences up to 42 cm. There are 4 AA batteries shipped with the product. Keep the monitor at heart level on a table in front of you when recording blood pressure to get accurate readings.

Excellent product and excellent delivery from flipkart. Cuff is bigger than I thought. Reading are accurate and don't forget to buy power adapter separately. Worth for money.
