This is a very good product. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now. I can vouch for the accuracy of the weighing scale. But for the other information it provides (body fat %, subcutaneous fat %, muscle %, visceral fat, etc.), I believe you have to trust it, because there is no way to verify (except of course compare with another machine which again you have to trust).

I have tested the weighing scale with 200 gm, 360 gm packets and it shows 0.2 kg, 0.4 kg respectively.

This product supposed to use the principle of bio impedance analysis works just good enough for this price range........it's fairly accurate.......little time consuming to check on a new person each time as it requires you to enter anthropometric details, but that is tolerable and is expected as it very essential to do so for one to get accurate assessment of body aft and skeletal muscle percentage...... Satisfied on the whole......
