1) Take 1000 grams of clean and washed sprouted matki in a vessel, add a pinch of salt and a cup (2500 ml) of water and cook it on medium heat (keep half a lid on the pot). 2) In another vessel, take 1000 grams of special miso gravy and put the cooked matki on top of it with water and mix it well. Add water as thick as required and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes. 3) Add salt to taste. Garnish with onion, farsan and coriander leaves and serve hot.
