AC is quite efficient. Delivery and installation was timely done as mentioned. cooling is suberb. Material quality is also solid doesn't seems cheap. Cooling is powerful and works silently

I ordered this ac back in 2018 which was our first ac, such a great performance in terms of cooling, efficiency, maintenance. Finally ordered our second piece this month and they have done a little enhancement in the model and remote design which looks great . Performance again great. Also all the engineers who visited both time for installation were good.

Here is one stop review of energy efficiency of this product. Used at 26 degree celcius , in a 10 by 10 ft room on top floor where there is direct sunlight,all windows,gate were closed ,measured at noon on hot day .submeter showed it consumes 1 unit for every 36 minutes .verified multiple times and result is same .It is so because it does not reached 26 degree and compressor continuously worked for 36 minutes to bring required temperature as room is directly exposed to sunlight. Delivery experience was not good. I ordered this AC for my sister. While delivering this with open box delivery, the delivery person asked for tea expense and didn't even open and check the product for open box delivery. But the installation experience was smooth and good service from ONIDA. The only 5 Star ac that's available for 31.5k.
