Bad quality
Delivery service is very poor.
Local area delivery service took more than a week to delivery. Someone called and said to take my unit from local delivery point by self.
I think you should talk to them and ask them about this inconvenience.

No doubt product good but installation team no idea how to install ac in window they told me firstly you can take ac space in window then I came or they can work only connected ac to switch on board and they demand rs 550 for installation why give this Rs 550 for installation.

Q:What are the Installation Charges? Can I get the Installation done from my own resources?
A:my ac installed by onida team & its charges Rs.650/- if u no need the carpentar. If some cutting required at site then carpentor is required. Therefore pls check yr install place accordingly.
