2.Can't comment about energy efficiency before using it for 2 months atleast
3. Delivery was very fast and timely.
4. Installation guys weren't professionals. Both were 20 years old kids. On top of it they were not provided with a safety belt as our installation work was on 3rd floor and was risky. We had to give them ropes to tie for safety.
