Cooling was ok ...
I ordered the product for my sister from canada coming for her leave .
Cooling was ok and she was satisfied..
But the fools who came for the installation was not behaving properly and just placed it wherever he liked and went without checking on and not telling how to control the remote to my old parents. They had to hired one another electrician from the city to know how to use it what are the functions of the remote.
The same fool made damage to the TV connected beside......

This is my first AC. The best product from onida. Cooling is very good. Cool my room in ten minutes. Very energy efficiency. Noise is very low of indoor and outdoor unit. Also it looks very good. Installation is done in time and very very best. This is the best AC for middle class family. Onida AC is the one of the best company. Very very very Thanks to flipkart for giving delivery before time. I again thanks to flipkart and onida because they complete my dream.

Onida Ac is best but insolltion team is very bed not a proper fitting

The unit cooling is good, I bought this with 3 years insurance plan.
Only glitch was the tubes were missing. Flipkart was good enough to sort it inspite brand being lazy -1 star is due to brand behavior though I am covered under insurance so no worries.
My choice was due to research on build quality, value for money and option to buy 3 years total warranty specially needed for cost due to avoid costs due to possible pcb malfunction in invertor ac.
1699 spent on insurance even covers one tim...
