Battery Drain Issue came within 2 years of purchase. No service provided to earbuds. Not recommended to purchase it.

Does the job
I have been using this since 2021, battery backup is almost gone after 1.5 years. Otherwise nice headphones a little on the costlier side but sound quality is very good

NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I am a music lover and wanted a quality earbud for music and work calls. Everything in this product is good except the battery. In a couple of months, the battery of the earpiece will lose its capacity. Even with noise cancellation turned off, the earpiece will last only for 15-20 mins before you plug-it back in the case for the next 20 mins of cycle making the earbud actually useless.

Brilliant
It's not economical but it's good and offers what's promised. The ANC is good. It'll fit in your ears like no other. The mechanism of lid opening is not good, it should have been like the Air Pods which have the lid on the top
