Feeling cheated. I was sent a refurbished product in the name of a new one. It was showing some other person's name on connecting to bluetooth. Pathetic service of customer care executives also providing no solution to the problem

I want to say everything is great. The voice quality, the vocals is surprisingly good that I would have paid double the amount for it. The only problem is.. it is such good, the instrument separation is such good.. so I want to turn up the volume and listen to it but the moment I do so.. increase the volume more than 50%, the treble gets too loud.. such that it sticks like a sharp needle. And there is no equaliser only 4 preset options to choose from. Sounds with good bass can't be appreciate...

This is one of the best sounding TWS I have purchased. I own Sony XM4, Liberty Air 2 Pro & others but this one beats all of them hands down. I waited for this and really happy finally got one..

If you know what is hi-res audio, and you have flac music collection just go for it, best sound quality with ultra details, use LHDC codec compatible phone, working like a champ on my mi11x with poweramp. Listing music feels like you are in different world.
Case quality is good but glossy finish can get easily scratches.

a very good quality tws at this price
comparing it with Oneplus buds pro, its sound is crystal clear but for bass one would need to tweak default smartphone EQ only then it will get a better or similar bass as Oneplus buds pro
Should buy this as it has a lot of codec and support hi-res too

Hello All,
This is my initial impression after using it for 2Hrs.
Before this i was using Nothing ear(1) in Base Mode for 7months. I can say that audio quality is 15% better than Ear(1).
It was just an initial impression, i will update again after a few days!
Edited: instrument separation and clarity of vocals is too Good, it's just a pure and rich quality of Sound.. you won't get music Much louder like what we see in budget earphones but it's a pure Quality of Music like Airpods.

A:Yes, I tried in both android and IOS. So much difference, it is just awesome in Android (mine support LHDC, LDAC). Get Airpods series, no solution for iPhone you have to compromise.
