Don't know about the result using from just one week but got genuine product from the seller. It taste good with milk but if u want lean muscle then avoid milk, with water mix lil sugar n drink. For better result u can mix Creatine too.

The best brand for whey protein. Though little expensivr but I guess its worth it . Unlike muscleblaze which has all sugars and low protein this protein is ultimate after Venky's. You must invest in this product for good results..

This is probably the best whey protein product available in India. I have experienced considerable improvement as a result of using Optimum Nutrition. Mind you, I work out four times a week, each session lasting about 45 minutes, not everyday. Go for it without thinking.
