I m writting this review after one month...I used asitis whey protein before taken on brand whey protein...asitis is worst product I have seen ever..it's mixing whey protein comes foam...but on brand whey is very effective..and take with proper diet u will see best transformation.....

genuine product checked , cookies and cream flavour is delicious little bit sweet but with milk its best 1st day with optimum Nutrition before this i tried myprotein and can tell that why on is best , go for optimum Nutrition anyday dont buy concentrate from other brand which is available cheap u can get diarrhea because many are high lactose intolerant . i have been used to ultimate nutrition but now because on is at competitive price just go for it . recovery is faster than other protein br...
