Please focus on you diet more..
If you can't afford 3-4k every month then don't buy supplement. Rather spend some money on some good food. ON whey which i got was good.. definitely got few gains.

It was good.. But still confued wheather is og or not... There may be a chance it can be duplicate..the one my friend bought from uk and mine from flipkart, both have some difference..uk product powder is smooth and soft.. Mixability also realy good and this flipkart product power is a bit hard and rough..

Hated it!
I have bought it from the past 6 months with other flavours. But that is not available so i ordered double Rich chocolate but it was not a good product. Taste is very bad no chocolate flavour. And after mixing it is very thin liquid compared to past products.
