Good product from optimum nutrition. This flavour is good. Had one problem though. The product description online on the app had the expiry date shown as May 2021. The product I received is due to expire in Nov 2020, three months from now. It was a Flipkart assured delivery. So pls confirm this on receiving the order.

A:there is no any rocket science. just keep pushing your self. chicken, fish, eggs... banana+milk, cheese(paneer),vegetables .but on the top you have to make your stomach fit to absorb these foods.

A:A body can be transformed in 3 weeks with proper diet and gym. 70% is the diet and only 30% is the workout. If you want to bulk/gain go in calories surplus and workout hard.
