Overall Good Product

Works as advertised. You must understand that protein is just a supplement. If you wish to gain muscles you should be in a caloric surplus, hit weights with progressive overload and meet your protein goals.
Other things you can do that will also supplement your muscle building journey - be humble, try to help people, mediate, don't argue unnecessarily, work relentlessly, not just in gym but in life.

It will be good purchase if you want to gain lean muscle ....i will keep it on top 5 place...there are other brands which are relatively good...but optimum nutrition give you the most satisfaction..one thing don't go to MUSCLE BLAZE,, it is poor product for high price..i used muscle blaze for 3 years i merely see changes on my body..thereafter i use optimum it give me the result that what i wanted

This protein is not that tasty as most people are claiming it to be, i mean yeah it does have an essence of chocolate but common it's a protein shake so in my overall experience this is a must buy as it tastes much better than any other protein out there in the market and also it doesn't gives any kind of after taste in the saliva unlike other proteins so i would say go for it and also the results are good because i can see myself recovering pretty fast.
