before buying this i did an exhaustive search on protein powder that is available in indian market and this came to my top of the list, this is a fast acting whey protein and it contains 24g of protein per scoop, if you are looking for real protein and less carb then dont look further and one bottle is sufficient for almost 3 months of use.

nice product, good for beginners and they has to do some changes taste.. need to do more workouts guy's then only can expect the results.
