Very disappointed with u

actually all people write their review that this is a must havi g thing after gym or it is a post gym workout. but first let me suggest u please consult a doctor before taking it as this protein contain lactose which is hard or difficult to digest as if u r healthy then u will digest it. and if not it cozez dirrhea which u people dont want to suffer of. as u want protein to make u healthier and fit but instead it make u ill.. so inspire of it go for the isolated one as it is easier to digest....
