This is a very good book to understand the concepts of PL/SQL.
very good step by step approach to explain the concepts with examples.
I would suggest don't miss the example illustrated in this book as these examples make you
under stand the concept more clearly and you will have clear under standing.

Nice Book
A nice book I ever read on PL/SQL. A programmer must have....!
I would expect more advanced yet simple code & examples in next edition.
I am giving 4 stars (actually wanted to give 4.5 but there's no option for this), just because I was expecting more focus on Dynamic SQL.

For beginner
This book is very useful and easy to understand for beginners . the best point is it has used very practical approach at each level so that you will not loose interest while reading . Go for it , if you are scared of big giant books and complex query of PL/SQL .
