Best Book but very old edition
This book is definitely the best book on pl/sql.
But, This is 2009-10 5th edition.
New 6th edition released in January 2014.
The new 6th edition is international print and available online for Rs.3000.
I hope the Indian edition will be available soon

Best Book for plsql
The best part of this book is exception handling.And all the other parts of plsql like cursor,ref cursor,dynamic sql and plsql,procedure,function,package,trigger very well defined with lots of example.According to my view this book is very useful for beginners as well as experienced people. You can also get the soft-copy in pdf format from any search-engine.

A good book for someone new to PL SQL programming.
Don't forget to look through the chapters/topics list on the O'rielly website
before you buy this book. Some of the advanced topics I expected weren't there.

Very good book for students new to pl/sql
This book covers all concepts of pl/sql in detail, It emphasis the important coverages like triggers , cursors , %rowtype, %type, Functions, And procedures.
Exception handling is also explained very nicely.
Thumbs up ! to this book.

Really Good Book
This is a really good book. For beginner's as well as for experienced programmers. Though the 6th ed is out in US , still this does not mean that it is outdated. Needless to say it is also a good "Value for money" book.

The way the topics are presented makes you feel as if there is someone narrating you. The topics are presented with such examples, everyone will find them relevant in some way or the other.

Its good. Gives good insight of the language.
For a beginner to an expert it is good to keep as a refrence guide book.
But the number of examples provided are less than I expected. Online Oracle documents are more satisfactory.
