Ordeal by Innocence  (English, Paperback, Christie Agatha)

I bought this book after reading somewhere that this is one of Agatha Christie's personal favorite. Although the book is as good as all other works of her, don't keep high expectations as it is not very exceptional. I bought this one and "Endless Night" together and I found it better than Ordeal. Anyways, for all her fans, book is worth reading once.

If you have read enough christies then you would know that she lets the rabbit out of the hat a little too soon. Yes the ending is good but it lacks venom. you have a fairly good idea of - whodunit?, a little before the curtain falls. A good story nevertheless which is wound up nicely in the end. But certainly you cant put it among the best.

one of the many christie classics.. here she has played with the very delicate issue of child as well as love psychology and desperation.. the end will blow u away.. prior to that the plot will grasp u like a spider's web.. u just can't afford to miss reading this book
