Cooking Instructions	STEP 1 Mix 1 measure of Ragi Dosa Mix with 1½ measure of water into a smooth batter and keepaside for 5 minutes. STEP 2 Grease the non stick tava and heat on a medium flame. Sprinkle little water and wipe with a cloth. STEP 3 Pour the batter and spread it from centre to sides in a circular shape. STEP 4 Add oil or ghee to the edges of Ragi Dosa and roast it till crispy. STEP 5 Flip the Dosa and roast it for one minutefurther. Remove it slowly form the tava and serve.
