    Prefixed Auto Timer

    It’s prefixed auto time of 4 minutes ensures that your items are sterilised using the right dosage of UV light. This keeps you from choosing settings that may not be optimal for the task.

    Kills Up to 99.99% Pathogens

    This appliance uses an ultraviolet light that is within the germicidal wavelength of about 200 nm - 280 nm, which helps keep a host of microbial contaminants at bay.

    360-degree Surface Sanitisation

    It features two lamps that are placed diagonally to make for 360-degree UVC irradiation. The ultraviolet rays’ wavelength of about 254 nm facilitates effective sanitisation and helps eliminate several harmful pathogens.

    Sanitise with Ease

    It has a capacity of 34 litres, so you have a lot of room to sanitise an array of objects such as phones, grocery items, toys, bottles, and more in about 4 minutes.

    Safety Switch

    With this appliance, you don’t have to worry about safety. If you accidentally open its door, then the UV light is switched off automatically. Similarly, the power supply is immediately cut off if you happen to lift its lid. And, if you open the lid during a sanitising cycle, it’s timer starts from zero again to offer total safety.

    No negative comments about this cost-effective product from Birla company. In fact I too own this product and also ordered two more pieces for my friends a few weeks back at a price of 2999K.     Stars are given for quick response from Flipkart and ecart. Doctors and pathologist can identify whether the machine can kill viruses or not. I am not among them. I can only say that the machine is easy to use and rest is my belief and trust on the company.

    Good choice

    Checked, UV-C tubes working fine. Machine working fine. Excellent price, but found few scratches and a small dent (pic attached). Checked with UVC testing paper and attaching photos of before and after, found this machine is actually working. I suggest to use 2 times per sanitisatio.

    Q:How will the object area which touches the grill be sanitized. Will this not form a shadow region. Please clear the doubt
    A:There are multiple tubes on the sides and bottom, so even if there is shadow from grills, light will definitely fall on it from other side.

    A:Fruits and vegetables also contain dust, mud, etc so always wash them before or after sanitization.

    Q:how could we understand that Uv tube is operating ? is a small aperture kept on the surface of the box to see small blue light.
    A:No there is no gap to see the inside. There is a timer of 4 min. If you accidentally open the lid, the light will switch off as it is harmful for skin.

    A:UV light travels in straight lines. When clothes are folded it sterilizes only the exposed parts
