Not easy to read because of font size,else is fine. Page quality a bit low. It's a crucial book to postcolonial theory that should be taken care of.

This book is considered to be a pivotal work in post colonial studies. The style of writing is brilliant and condensed. There is are references to a lot of material, names, books, writers, places etc other than the issue at hand. What Edward Said did was to point out the whole hegemonic, and discursive practices of the Occident. The book sure changes the way we think about Orientals.
