Good phone. Cute looking, great speaker clarity and descent ringing volume. Mute function is not there, the rest are perfect for a basic phone.

Worth its Price
What I like most about this phone is what attracted me! The well spaced out extra large digits on the dialpad and the excellent colour contrast. Makes it easy for the user, especially for the elderly. Great buy.
Another thing I liked was Flipkart's delivery mechanism. The buyer gets at least 3 alerts about the order/delivery status closing all possibilities of his not being home to take delivery of the product. No hassles; no hiccups. Absolutely professional.

Bad experience
I am regular purchaser of online products, This product was delivered in time but the product is of very poor quality. Delivery happened in april 2015 and initially it was working but now the phone has problems. An struggling to figure out repair since the same is under warrenty.
