Gifted this to my parents. They liked it very much. It has been only two days from the product delivery and it is working as described with various settings, heat and real shiatsu massage settings.

Only con that I could see is the American three plug pin which came with product without India 3 pin plug converter that we had to purchased from local shop to start off the massager.

Flipkart delivery and packing was good as always.
