Awful product

I bought an Oster mixie because of its reputation in the US. But it seems to be a very different story in India.

When it was delivered, I wasn't too kicked. The finish looked really cheap and amteurish, one of the pins of the power plug was longer than the other one etc. I said OK, maybe looks aren't everything, I just hope it works well.

And it worked well. Errr ... for 32 days. The control knob (the one that controls the speed) has broken. On the inside, it's stuck at some speed, and won'...
