Warranty validity is 2 years from the date of purchase on electromechanical parts and 1 year on PCBA and other electronic Components. 2) Ottomate international pvt ltd shall be liable to the maximum extent up to the price charged for the fan , and shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damage. 3) The defective fan will be repaired within the warranty period , subject to the warranty being registered with the company and Customer being in possession of the original purchase invoice.

Warranty will become void if any damage to the Fan and it's components , in case the regulator is not bypassed at the time of installation. 3) Warranty will not be applicable incase Fan is opened , attempted repair by any one except our service centers. 4) The warranty does not cover acessories , external to the product. 5) Surface coating , Body asthetic Parts , plastic Parts , rubber/nylon parts , cord wire , push buttons and other non functional components will not be covered under warranty unless they have any manufacturing defects. 6) Warranty is not applicable on Electroplated finish.

Wonderful

I have been using other BLDC fan but when I saw Ottomate smart fan features, I decided to go for this … I was a bit anxious but now when this new Ottomate smart fan has been installed and me and my parents are using they are super happy with this … much better experience than my older fans

Bought it for its energy-saving feature - but have fallen in love with its looks. Outstanding design. Puts a glow in the room!

Remote works perfectly - now trying out the various modes. The Flip Mode looks mighty interesting - never knew a fan can also be useful in winters!
