User just needs to remember that testing is to be done around noon. Thus it helps predicting two most fertile days to conceive. Please carry out test around afternoon everyday for 5 consecutive days. The app helps is determining when to start testing as the whole ovulation period is about 6 days in a menstrual cycle from start to finish.
